Pilates for Pink Saturday, October 11th, 2 to 5pm Namaste will be partnering again with Shape Magazine to host a very special Pilates for Pink event to support The Breast Cancer Foundation®. There will be two ways for you to show your support: For the month of October, we will place a donations box at the studio AND on Saturday, October 11th, we'll host three special classes: * 2 to 2:45pm: Basic Pilates with Trudy - a beginners Pilates class for those who are new to Pilates * 3 to 3:45pm: Pilates Plus with Claudia - a basic Pilates class PLUS glutes and toning exercises, suitable for all levels * 4 to 4:45pm: Pilates with Props with Shira - Pilates-based exercises infused with stability balls, rollers and rings, targeted more toward intermediate and advanced levels Donation: $15 for the first class, $5 for every additional event class taken that day. Note: 100% of the proceeds go to The Breast Cancer Foundation®. |
