parking and arrival

There is parking in front and behind the studio building. To park in the back, loop around the building to the right. Our back door is clearly labeled.

Once you enter, our office is located in the back of the studio. If you come through the front door, you'll need to walk through the main studio toward the back door. If you enter through the back, the office will be on your left just past the private lesson room.

checking in

If you would like to pre-register for classes online, simply go to our Schedule page and click on the "Book Now" button for the class you'd like to attend. If you prefer, we can also register you for classes when you arrive at the studio. We ask new clients who have not pre-registered to arrive 10-15 minutes before class to complete a simple, one-page new client form. But note... Please don't come too early! Some of our classes only have a 15 minute gap between them, and our studio is one large space. So if you come too early, you'll be walking in on and disturbing the previous class.

Payments can be done online or in person. You can pay for one class at a time or purchase any of the monthly packages we have available (valid 30 days from date of the first class taken in that package).

We also offer a new client special every month, which allows you to try several of our classes at a great price to see what works best for you and your schedule.

settling in

Once you have checked in, we have cubbies for you to place your shoes and personal belongings and settle in. Please silence your cell phone before class.

If you have a yoga mat, bring it. If not, we have mats at the studio that you can borrow or some for purchase if you'd like to have your own. We supply everything else that's needed -- blankets, straps, blocks, balls, etc.

For class, wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that you can move freely in. For hot yoga classes, it's best to wear clothing that wicks/dries quickly. Once on your mat, you don't wear shoes or socks, so most people arrive in clogs, flip-flops, or any shoes that are easy to get off and on. It's also recommended to bring a water bottle and hand towel.
